Made Using Gardenia Plant-Based Protein

Delicious Lemon Protein Bars
  • 1 rounded scoop of Gardenia Vanilla Bean Vegan Protein 
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup cashews or almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup oats (optional)
  • 10 dates (pitted and soaked in water for 20 minutes)
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1-2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2-3 tblsp. lemon juice
Delicious Lemon Protein Bars
In food  processor place nuts, coconut, Gardenia and oats.  Process until pieces are very small.

Add dates, coconut oil, lemon peel and juice and pulse until it all comes together. Press mixture into 8×8 pan and refrigerate for a few hours to harden.  

Cut into squares and Enjoy!
