1 scoop (34 g.) Trutein S’Mores

2 Tbslp. milk

In mixer, whip egg whites until peaks hold their shape.

FOLD in Trutein and milk (do not beat or else it will deflate).

Freeze for 10-15 minutes Enjoy!
