Here's a super quick recipe for Muscles In Minutes! Under 200 calories, low carb, high protein waffles to kick start your mornings!

You will need:

  • Body Nutrition protein (pick any of our 15+ flavors)
  • A waffle iron
  • 1 egg
  • Water
  • Additional toppings (optional)
  • Sugar free syrup (optional)


1. Heat up waffle iron

2. Mix 1 scoop of Trutein with 1 egg

3. Add water to reach batter consistency

4. Spray Waffle iron with non stick spray to keep it from sticking

5. Place batter in waffle iron and wait (approx. 2-3 mins)
