These protein muffins retain their moistness, making them the perfect high-protein treat.

Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 oz Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Garnish with 4 crushed Oreo cookies on top

Directions: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Slowly add in the dry ingredients until fully mixed. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes. Garnish on top with crushed Oreos.
